Smooth Heals Return Policy


Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business. To return product you’ll need to request a Return Merchandise

Authorization (RMA) Number. This can be done by contacting our service department at: service@smoothheal.com. No returns will be granted without a RMA. Returns will only be granted on merchandise damaged from shipping. We will not accept merchandise with broken seals.

The request for RMA must be within 10 days of the invoice. We reserve the right to authorize product returns beyond invoice date to authorize product returns beyond invoice date. The product maybe exchanged or a full refund.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping back to Smooth Heals on returned items. Smooth Heals will pay shipping on items going back. Information where to send the returns will be on the RMA.
